Returns
If you change your mind on a purchased item in-store or online, you can return your item for free if: you notify us within 14 days of your original purchase, the packaging is undamaged, and the item is unused and in its original packaging.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us ASAP on 07 3348 6000 or shop@metweld.com.au. We can organise a replacement or refund of the damaged item.
